Fortunately, I have my regular supply of bird's nest from my in-laws as my father-in-law ventured in swiftlet industry few years back. He owns few house bird's nest and provide consultancy services to entrepreneurs to start their own house bird's nest venture. What is house bird's nest? The swiftlets build their nests on the beams and walls in these house. It requires knowledge of controlled temperature and moisture, pest deterrent using microorganism and audio system to attract the swiftlets.

From raw and unprocessed bird's nest to the processed bird's nest.
The bird's nest produced by FIL have been carefully selected to ensure good quality. All bird's nest are manually hand picked with tap water. The most important thing is they don't do bleaching (natual bird's nest are not pure white), and no gluing (unethical means to increase the weight).
